  • Catering Director

    Oversees the planning, coordination and execution of catering events ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations. This involves working closely with clients, in-house kitchen and vendors to customise menus, organise logistics of delivery and maintain a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

  • In-House Team

    Responsible for the preparation of dishes for catering events, ensuring dishes meet client preferences and is of quality standard. They also take the lead in crafting innovative new dishes and experimenting with prototypes to bring new flavours to life.

  • Delivery Team

    Responsible for the accurate preparation, packaging and delivery of dishes to our clients. They work closely with our entire team to ensure logistics are in order and act as the final touchpoint to guarantee a seamless catering experience.

We loved the place since we got to Marrickville and visited every now and then. We visited again, but this time the plates were visibly dirty, the staff handling coins was also collecting veggies with the same bare hands into plates! Not washing hands, not using gloves, just touching food with dirty hands before serving. I have no idea what is happening in the kitchen, but the counter staff behaviour is crying unclean! Be didn't finish our food, because we lost appetite. Took "traveler bug" pills just in case. Additionally, Pho was not as it was before. The broth was plain with way too much sugar, no cinnamon taste, almost no shredded greens. I'm giving 3 stars for food because it was good before.

Got the taro and tofu vermicelli, pretty disappointing for 18 bucks. Tasted decent. The salad was just some shredded coles lettuce and some carrot and mint. It was something I could probably make at home with minimal effort.

Ordered Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup) the other day and was so disappointed, almost nothing like the way it is supposed to be. Bland soup, thick stewed chunks of beef instead of thin slices, also missing pork hock meat... Maybe that's how the locals like it.

We first tried this restaurant in early 2024, and were surprised by how tasty it was! The noodles and always just right, gives a generous proportion, and the soup is always on point! I 100% recommend that you try this store. Out of all the Vietnamese restaurants in Marrickville, Khoi is the number 1 best! 😋😋

We are Marrickville locals and have tried every major Vietnamese restaurant in the area, Khoi is hands down the best. We go there frequently and are never disappointed. While the menu is your standard Vietnamese dishes, everything is fresh, authentic and delicious. Friendly, attentive and timely service. The good standard is consistent every time too. My personal favorite is their BBQ pork chop. Their pho broth is hearty and delicious too. Highly recommended!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
